Under the patronage of Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and President of the Egyptian Universities Sports Federation, and Mr. Gohar Nabil, Minister of Youth and Sports, the Egyptian Universities Sports Federation organized the Bodybuilding Championship for Egyptian Universities and Higher Institutes (Students) in cooperation with Tanta University. The championship was held as part of the activities of the 53rd دورة of the Egyptian Universities and Higher Institutes League, with the participation of 37 universities and a total of 81 students representing public, private, national, and technological universities.
The championship was held under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, President of Tanta University; Dr. Ahmed Kamel Mahdy, Secretary General of the Egyptian Universities Sports Federation; and Dr. El-Sayed Eid El-Azeem El-Agooz, Vice President of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs.
