Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, extends his warmest congratulations and best wishes to the Ministry's leadership, university presidents, heads of research centers and institutes, all employees of the Ministry, and members of the academic community across universities, institutes, and research centers, including faculty members, researchers, students, administrative staff, and all personnel working within the higher education and scientific research sector, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.
